At Studio 180 we offer classes to enhance your training experience. Whether you are training for a specific event, want a quick workout before or after work or maybe you are looking for a weekly yoga class, we have the right class for you.

Some of our classes are provided by one of the Studio 180 team (in-house classes) and professional external instructors may provide others.

In-House Classes:

Circuit Fit 180

  • Thursday's 6.30pm - 7.30pm (£6)

A small group 60 minute workout comprising of a 15 minute cardio based warm up, followed by 35 minutes of circuit style stations using a variety of equipment such as TRX, Kettlebells and Powerbags. Finishing with an abdominal and core workout.

Circuit Fit 180 is a unique workout that is guaranteed to get you results!

INSANITY Live

  • Wednesday's 12.15pm - 1pm (£4)
  • Thursday's 8.15pm - 9.15pm (£4)

Want to get fitter, faster? Then the new Insanity class could be for you.

Insanity is usually practiced at home on DVD, but now there is Insanity Live. With a fully qualified instructor taking you through this great calorie burning workout you will undoubtedly shed those extra pounds of weight.

INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning programme based on the principles of MAX interval training. Don't worry if you are not in peak shape. Exercises can be given in different levels.

Circuit Training

  • Tuesday's 7.45pm - 8.45pm (£5)
  • Thursday's 6.30am - 7.15am (£5)

Studio 180’s Circuit Classes are fast paced, fun and invigorating. Combining bodyweight, resistance and aerobic exercises, you will burn calories while developing strength and stamina.

Classes taught by external instructors:

((Bounce))

  • Monday's 8pm - 9pm 
  • Tuesday's 7.30pm - 8.30pm 
  • Wednesday's 7pm - 8pm 
  • Wednesday's 8pm - 9pm 
  • Saturday's 9am - 10am

Performed on mini trampolines, this 1 hour exercise class is the key to a fit body and a fun time focusing on simple moves whilst bouncing up, down and all around. High speed beats mixed with low impact moves means the workout is tough but comfortable on the joints as the trampoline pad absorbs over 87% of shock.

Yoga

  • Tuesday's 6pm - 7.30pm (90 minute class) (£10) (Nikki)

With a focus on the mind and body, these classes help to correct posture, improve breathing technique, reduce stress and enhance strength and flexibility.

Nikki's yoga class is 90 minutes long and is suitable for all levels. Please contact Nikki if you are interested in a beginner’s course. Your first Yoga class is FREE. Thereafter it is £10 per 90 minute class.

Booty Barre

  • Thursday's 7.15pm - 8.10pm (£8) or discounted when booking a course

The Booty Barre™ workout is a uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. You’ll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you’ll burn mega-calories along the way. It is a structured, easy-to-follow pre-choreographed 55-minute class routine.

The Booty Barre alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of fat-blasting cardio techniques. The fluid dance-inspired class is set to upbeat music at a vigorous pace to get your heart pumping. No dance experience is required.
